Tomasz Filipiak, PhD Eng. – Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Tomasz Filipiak holds a degree from the Faculty of Chemistry at Lodz University of Technology, specializing in pharmaceutical chemistry, and a PhD in Chemical Sciences.
He is a private investor and trader with over 20 years of experience in financial markets. Between 2016 and 2018, he served as an Assistant Professor at the Collegium of Management and Finance at the Warsaw School of Economics. Since 2004, he has continuously collaborated with the Warsaw Stock Exchange and the WSE Foundation on the Stock Exchange School project.
Jacek Dauenhauer – Member of the Supervisory Board
Jacek Dauenhauer currently serves as Vice President of the Management Board of Pelion S.A., a holding company transformed from PGF S.A.
Since 1997, he has been associated with Medicines S.A., and subsequently with Polska Grupa Farmaceutyczna S.A., where he served as Finance Director. In 2007, he was appointed Vice President of the Management Board of PGF S.A.
He holds a degree in economics from the University of Łódź. He has completed numerous courses and training programs in economics and finance, including an investment advisory course in 1993.
Agnieszka Dziki – Member of the Supervisory Board
Agnieszka Dziki specializes in medical law, particularly in providing legal services to healthcare entities, as well as in commercial and corporate law.
Between 2007 and 2011, she worked at the City of Łódź Office, and subsequently at the EC1 Łódź – City of Culture institution, where she coordinated activities related to the New Centre of Łódź project. She was responsible for international cooperation, maintaining and developing international relations, collaboration with governmental and local authorities, as well as NGOs, and for strategic advisory in planning and executing projects, including partner matchmaking for joint initiatives.
She runs her own legal practice under the name “Kancelaria Adwokacka Adwokat Agnieszka Dziki” and is a partner in NZOZ Centrum Medyczne s.c. (Agnieszka Dziki, Paula Maria Szewczyk).
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź and completed her advocate training at the Bar Association in Łódź.
Zbigniew Molenda – Member of the Supervisory Board
Zbigniew Molenda is the founder and Vice President of the Management Board of Pelion Healthcare Group.
The company’s operations include wholesale and retail distribution as well as hospital supply services. Established in 1990, Pelion Healthcare Group is currently one of the largest healthcare companies in Poland and Lithuania, with annual revenues of approximately USD 2 billion.
He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Lodz University of Technology.
Anna Janicka – Member of the Supervisory Board
Anna Janicka holds a degree from the Faculty of Management at the University of Łódź (graduated in 2003), with a major in Management and Marketing and specializations in Accounting and Financial Management, as well as Quality Management.
She is a certified statutory auditor. She has extensive experience in supervising companies, particularly in the areas of legal compliance, financial management, controlling, and corporate governance.
Jacek Szwajcowski – Member of the Supervisory Board
Jacek Szwajcowski is an entrepreneur, founder, and President of the Management Board of Pelion Healthcare Group.
The company operates in wholesale and retail distribution as well as hospital supply. Established in 1990, it is currently one of the largest healthcare groups in Poland and Lithuania, with annual revenues of approximately USD 2 billion.
He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Lodz University of Technology and has over 20 years of management experience in the pharmaceutical sector. Since 2000, he has participated in the annual meetings of the World Economic Forum in Davos. Since 2001, he has been a member of the Polish Business Roundtable. In 2005, he became a member of the international organization Forum of Young Global Leaders.
He is also the initiator of the “Dbam o Zdrowie” Foundation and the Pharmacy Museum in Łódź, as well as the publisher of a series of monographs on Polish pharmacies.
